Stage Competition

On the outside, the facade is structured by an urban matrix, controlled by straight lines and angles, conveying the safety, credibility and solidity associated with Fidelidade’s brand. On the inside, the opposite idea is revealed. A living, creative and collaborative organism emerges, welcoming and inspiring people. A space that embodies the city’s nature radiates well-being and aims for the future.

The iconic shape of the building is created by a design approach that reflects the ecological consciousness and the conviction that new urban components should be less invasive regarding the environmental footprint.

Floor slabs with different cantilevers provide for self-shading of the facades, which minimises the average annual heat input into the building by 55%. The shape that is created by a cantilevering geometrical topography is both unique and captivating.
