The proposed architectural concept for the NOVA SBE competition was based on the idea of creating a space that was both functional and aesthetically appealing.
This was achieved by integrating the building with its surroundings, taking advantage of the nearby sea and sky to create a unique atmosphere.
The concept also included the idea of providing horizontal collisions between users, allowing for a wide variety of activities within the building such as studying, leisure activities, and hosting events.
The building is developed in a circular crown form ‘doughnut’ with part of the circular arc facing the best view.
