Openbook is looking for a Marketing Intern with a master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field to join our Marketing team in Lisbon through an IEFP internship.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, a willingness to learn and curiosity about communicating brands and projects across architecture, design and real estate.

Working alongside the team, you will support the marketing and communication strategy of one of the group’s digitally focused brands. You will gain practical experience across the process, from planning and content creation to performance analysis, with guidance throughout your internship.

Responsibilities

  • Support social media content planning and management, particularly for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Help create content for websites, newsletters and digital campaigns, adapting messages to different channels and audiences.
  • Support updates to the group’s websites and optimise content for search engines (SEO).
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of paid campaigns, working with the team and external partners.
  • Track digital channel performance and prepare reports with suggestions for improvement.
  • Research trends, tools and relevant references to inform brand communications.
  • Occasionally support other communication initiatives, including events and project promotion.

Abilities

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • Eligibility for the approved IEFP internship.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation and performance analysis.
  • Good writing skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks.
  • Initiative to suggest ideas, openness to feedback and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Interest in architecture, design and real estate.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, social media metrics, visual content creation or basic video editing is a plus. No previous professional experience is required — we value curiosity and a willingness to learn. You will join a Marketing team working across several brands, gain exposure to national and international projects, and receive guidance as you gradually take on more responsibility.
