Interior Designer
Openbook Interior Design – an Openbook Group’s company – offers a fine design service with an expert focus on complex project planning and design in the hospitality and residential segments. Based in Lisbon, we are devoted to be a close, talented team committed to excellence and continual development.
And as we are continually growing, with new international projects, we are looking for an Interior Designer and Interior Architect to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Development of projects under a team leader’s supervision
– Support and preparation of documentation for all design stages
– Support and preparation of reports and presentations for all design stages
– Revit modeling and collaborative work (BIM 360)
– Understanding and applying implemented procedures for all design stages
– Knowledge of the company’s documentation system in place
Required skills and experience
– 2 to 5 years of professional experience working in ID
– Experience in Retail, Healthcare and Hospitality is a plus
– Spoken and written fluency in English, and other languages is a plus
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
– Knowledge/experience in BIM (Revit)
– Strong ability with 3D modeling in Sketchup or Rhinoceros, as well as AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop)
– Knowledge of Vray or Lumion is a plus
