Openbook Group is looking for a talented and passionate Content Specialist, to join our growing team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and curate engaging, high-quality content that highlights our innovative projects and extensive portfolio.
- Adapt messaging to suit various channels and audiences.
- Lead the daily execution of our social media presence by crafting posts, campaigns, and interactive stories.
- Monitor analytics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
- Oversee regular updates to our website ensuring content reflects current industry trends and our cutting-edge projects.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and affiliated teams to create a seamless digital experience.
- Manage the end-to-end production of newsletters that inform and inspire our community.
- Develop outreach initiatives that deepen client relationships and foster an engaged online community.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, business development, and international team to maintain a unified, impactful brand voice across all platforms.
Abilities
- Proven background in content creation, social media management, and website content oversight.
- Exceptional copywriting skills in both English and Portuguese, with a flair for adjusting tone and style across different platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize digital performance metrics.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for the architecture and real estate sectors, with a drive to translate technical excellence into engaging narratives.
