BIM Coordinator
We believe our success is driven by the excellence of our team, that’s why we’re strengthening our BIM team. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate the implementation of BIM methodologies and workflows in projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all project stages.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and company protocols;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration between architects, engineers, and consultants;
- Ensure the integrity and organisation of models, and manage information exchange between disciplines;
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, templates, and standards;
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models and workflows, and guide project teams.
- Organise and lead BIM coordination meetings, resolving clashes and optimising workflows.
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper setup, permissions, and smooth information exchange within platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Abilities
- Higher education in architecture or a related field;
- Experience in BIM coordination, with strong knowledge of BIM standards and processes;
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo and scripting tools is highly valued;
- Experience in managing Common Data Environments (CDE), preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC);
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper setup, permissions, and smooth information exchange within platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Familiarity with construction methods, technical standards, and ISO 19650 protocols;
