BIM Technician (Revit Technician)
Openbook is seeking a talented and passionate BIM Technician (Revit Technician) to join our growing team in Lisbon. We believe our success is driven by the excellence of our team. That’s why we’re strengthening our BIM team. The selected candidate will support the development of methodologies and workflows, while providing technical assistance to project teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and organization of models in accordance with BIM standards;
- Support the project team in troubleshooting issues related to Revit software;
- Collaborate with architects, BIM coordinators, and the BIM manager to ensure project quality;
- Assist in the development of Revit families, templates, and actively contribute to the optimization of workflows according to project needs;
Abilities
- We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Higher education in architecture or related fields;
- Solid experience with Revit software, strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and BIM workflows;
- Knowledge of Dynamo routines is highly valued;
