Project Manager

INTEGRA – Project Delivery Services is seeking a Project Manager with a strong design foundation and exposure to construction, to join its growing team and contribute to the delivery of complex, high-quality projects. This role is suited to professionals looking to evolve beyond traditional architecture or project management functions, stepping into an integrated Delivery position that bridges design and construction.
INTEGRA is an integrated project delivery platform within the Openbook Group, operating at the intersection of design and construction. It supports projects across all phases, from early-stage concept through procurement and construction, ensuring that design intent is consistently translated into built reality. Its approach combines Design, Project and Construction Management within a single coordinated delivery model, particularly suited to complex, fast-track and high-demand projects. As part of a multidisciplinary ecosystem, INTEGRA reflects the Openbook Group’s integrated model, where different areas collaborate to deliver cohesive, high-performance outcomes.
The team is currently expanding and is looking for profiles interested in moving beyond conventional roles, engaging in a more transversal delivery environment with closer proximity to execution.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Critically assess and challenge design solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget and feasibility
- Identify and resolve design conflicts, ensuring consistency across all disciplines
Design–Construction Interface
- Coordinate the transition from design to construction, ensuring clarity and technical viability
- Work closely with site teams and contractors to validate design intent and practical implementation
- Anticipate risks and constraints related to construction, procurement and sequencing
Project Management & Operations
- Support overall project delivery across all phases, from early design to construction
- Participate in client meetings, contributing to clear and structured communication
- Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare reports, presentations and relevant project documentation
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates and reporting tools
Abilities
- Degree in Architecture (preferred) or related field
- Experience across different project phases, ideally including both design and construction
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong understanding of design processes, with the ability to critically assess and improve solutions
- Interest in construction and project delivery (site experience is valued)
- Previous experience in Project Management (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proactive, hands-on mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
