Social Media Manager
We are expanding our Marketing & Comms team!
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the brand presence across social media platforms and ensuring these channels actively contribute to broader marketing and positioning objectives for Openbook Architecture and Studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar with relevant, strategic, and consistent content.
- Produce or coordinate the creation of posts, videos, stories, and other formats across platforms.
- Support and attend photo shoots when required, managing photographers from budgeting to session briefing.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all content is visually compelling, aligned with brand identity, and tailored to each platform.
- Monitor interactions (comments, messages, mentions) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Stay up to date on cultural, creative, and digital trends, ensuring innovation aligns with each brand’s tone of voice.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with strategic recommendations.
- Ensure coherence across brands while respecting each brand’s positioning and identity.
Abilities
- Mid-level (up to 3 years of relevant professional experience).
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields. A specialisation in Social Media Management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with paid media management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools, particularly Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of social SEO and strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, art, culture, hospitality, cinema, or fashion will be highly valued.
