At Openbook Design, we believe that fostering creativity goes hand in hand with fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among team members. That’s why every Friday, we have a special tradition that we lovingly call our “Office Wind Down.”
As a team of passionate designers, we understand the importance of not just producing great work, but also taking the time to unwind and recharge our creative batteries. That’s why, come Friday afternoon, you’ll often find us gathering at a nearby terrace to toast to another productive week and celebrate the incredible projects we’ve worked on together.
These moments aren’t just about enjoying a cold drink or two (although that’s certainly a perk!). They’re about connecting on a deeper level, sharing stories, and strengthening the bonds that make our team truly special. Whether we’re discussing the latest design trends or simply swapping funny anecdotes from the week, these casual get-togethers always leave us feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
But perhaps the most magical aspect of our Friday Office Wind Down is the sense of community it fosters.
