The existing image of the building will give way to a new glass façade, with very controlled lines, which communicates with passers-by on the avenue and invites them in.
As the main façade faces north, there was no need to introduce shading. The glazed areas will be provided with external protection, through vertical glass panels, where the reflections generated by the incidence of the sun or by artificial lighting create a demultiplier effect on the façade.
To create a more contemporary and dynamic façade, the projected double-height body was redesigned.
