Openbook Group Recognised with the Culture of Excellence Award at KAIZEN™ Awards Portugal

At the 15th edition of the KAIZEN™ Awards Portugal, Openbook Group was honoured with the Culture of Excellence Award, presented by the Kaizen Institute Western Europe at a ceremony in Porto that brought together the Portuguese organisations most committed to continuous improvement and organisational excellence.
The recognition reflects something we experience from the inside every day. It is the result of the work of every person across the group, of how we approach each project, each process, each decision. Rodrigo Sampayo, founding partner of Openbook Group, was present to receive the distinction, in a moment that belongs, above all, to every team across the group who builds this culture day after day.
We do not work for awards. We work with rigour, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to doing better, and that is what guides us forward.
A culture of excellence is not a programme or a stated ambition. It is the way we operate, the way we collaborate across companies and disciplines, and the standards we hold ourselves to in everything we deliver. Being recognised in precisely this category affirms something we deeply believe: that quality of work, when sustained, speaks for itself.

Openbook Group distinguido com o Prémio Cultura de Excelência nos KAIZEN™ Awards Portugal
Na 15.ª edição dos KAIZEN™ Awards Portugal, o Openbook Group foi distinguido com o Prémio Cultura de Excelência, atribuído pelo Kaizen Institute Western Europe numa cerimónia que reuniu, no Porto, as organizações portuguesas que mais se destacam pelo seu compromisso com a melhoria contínua e a excelência organizacional.
O reconhecimento não surge como surpresa para quem nos conhece de perto. Nasce do trabalho diário de todas as pessoas que fazem parte do grupo, da forma como encaramos cada projeto, cada processo, cada decisão. Rodrigo Sampayo, sócio fundador do Openbook Group, esteve presente para receber a distinção, num momento que pertence, acima de tudo, a todas as equipas que constroem esta cultura todos os dias.
Não trabalhamos para prémios. Trabalhamos com rigor, atenção ao detalhe e uma vontade genuína de fazer melhor, e é isso que nos guia.
A Cultura de Excelência não é um programa nem um objetivo declarado.
